Our payment options

For New Customers:
Payment in advance by Bank Transfer. After receiving our order confirmation please transfer the amount to our bank account within one week. The account information will be given to you with the order confirmation. The merchandise will be shipped directly after we received payment. After one week your order will be canceled if we receive no payment.

For registered Customers:
Payment made by Direct Debit: You have the opportunity to pay by direct debit. In this case you can fill in your bank account information and we will charge your account with the delivery. If for any reason your account is not covered or the charge is returned by your bank, we will add the extra charges and fees of 10 EUR to your invoice.

Purchase on Account: We will ship your order directly and you can pay by making the bank transfer within 5 days.

DIRECTebanking:
You have the opportunity to pay by DIRECTebanking. In this case your order will ship directly.
How does DIRECTebanking work? It is a certified direct bank transfer method that is being used by many thousand online busineses throughout Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
